This tutorial provides step by ste to Install PyCharm on windows. Follow the below steps.
Step1: Go to google and search for PyCharm download on windows like below.
step2: Click on download, it will navigate to download page. Then, click on Download by selecting Windows as high lighted as below.
Step3: I have downloaded it on to my Desktop. Double click on it to start install process.
step4: Click on Next.
step5: Provide the install location.
step6: Select the Python version and click on next.
step7: Choose the default name(JetBrains) for Start Menu folder and click on next. Then, install starts.
8. Click on Finish.
9. Open the PyCharm tool from Star Menu it is under JetBrains folder as shown below.
